I went back to my roots this morning, me and Al have spent quite a bit of time traveling on the road fishing tournaments back in the day, but I smoked him this morning!!! I still can’t figure out how he qualified for the everstart championship and I didn’t!!! 😂. His kids even out fished him! I think he caught 1 lizardfish!!! And had 3 tangles!!!! Great times with old friends!!!!

We saw the sun rise over the pamlico sound this morning, and the sunset over the pamlico sound this afternoon.. if only there was more daylight, we could catch more drum!! Lots of bites, lots of laughs, and lots of Good times had by all today!!! #ONEM

We made a long run to the million dollar light this morning and hit pay dirt…. This afternoon the wind picked up and the drum made a showing up at the end of letort creek!!!! The weather is hot. But the fishing is hotter!
